In Oman Elämän Stara -project

• Increasing customers' sense of participation, well-being in working life, and ways of living with neuropsychiatric characteristics and/or the effects of trauma

• Creating new pathways to working life

• Developing an operating model for better participation and working life
   

 

 

Target groups 

 

All working-age people who are on their way to working life/studies and who would benefit from the project's services are welcome. Specific target groups include young people, people with specific work abilities, immigrants, people living with substance abuse and mental health challenges, etc. -> Of these groups, those belonging to the neuro-minority and living with the effects of trauma are particularly welcome.
