BOARD

The highest decision-making authority of the Vihreä Keidas Association is exercised by the association's meeting, which decides on the association's rules, approves the action plan, budget, and financial statements, grants discharge to the members of the board, and elects the chair of the board and other board members to replace those whose terms have expired, as well as the auditors. The board is responsible for implementing the action plan and managing affairs within the budget, with the assistance of the staff.
